3. Data We Collect
- Contact Information: If you voluntarily fill out a form to book a demo or send us a note, we may collect your name, email address, firm name, and the postcodes your firm covers.
- Device and Browser Data: This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring website, collected automatically to improve site performance and security.
- Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the Site (such as pages visited, time spent, and general location and device type), collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sites.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We do not use tracking cookies. To attribute demo bookings and enquiries to the correct marketing channel (for example, a specific email or LinkedIn campaign), we temporarily store campaign reference codes in your browser's session storage. This information is cleared when you close your browser, is not used to identify you personally, and is only shared with the same trusted service providers referenced in Section 7.

5. Direct-Mail Campaigns for Mortgage Brokers
In addition to the Site, we run targeted postal (direct-mail) campaigns on behalf of independent mortgage brokers. If you have received a letter referencing our property data, this section explains how we handle your information.
- Information we process: the postal address of a property and, where applicable, the name of the homeowner, together with data we derive about the property — in particular, an estimate of whether a mortgage secured on it may be approaching the end of its fixed-rate term. We do not access your bank, mortgage account, or financial records.
- Where this information comes from: we obtain property information from publicly available property records and licensed data providers, and analyse it using our own models. We tell you the source here because data-protection law requires it when we did not collect your information directly from you.
- Our lawful basis: we process this information under our legitimate interests (and those of our broker partners) in offering timely, relevant mortgage services to homeowners. Postal marketing is not subject to the consent rules that apply to electronic marketing under PECR; however, you may object at any time (see "How to opt out"), and we will stop.
- Who we share it with: each campaign is run for a single mortgage-broker partner, and letters are sent in that broker's name. If you respond to a letter, your details are passed to that broker so they can assist you. We do not sell your data.
- Retention and opt-out list: if you opt out, we keep a minimal record of your address on a suppression list, solely so we can honour your request and not contact you again. We retain campaign data only as long as necessary for these purposes.
- How to opt out: you can opt out of future letters at any time using the QR code or phone number shown on your letter. You also have the rights set out in Section 8 (Your Rights), including the right to access or delete the information we hold about you.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information submitted through the Site (e.g. via the demo booking or contact forms) for up to 12 months, unless you request its deletion earlier. Analytics data may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form for longer. We regularly review our data retention practices to ensure they are compliant with applicable laws and aligned with our business needs.
